Below are the simple Steps to follow
Load upto N1,500 Recharge Card on your Phone and Text BBC to 21600, The Money is gonna be Deducted and you will be Activated for the MTN BIS plan. (You can Send this Message from any Phone).

1. After
receiving the subscription confirmation, connect your Sim to your system using
what ever means either using your modem or Nokia pc suite.
2. Create a new connection profile using the
following details:
Profile name: MTN BIS
Profile name: MTN BIS
APN: blackberry.net
USERNAME: web
PASSWORD: web
Then click on the Advanced.. Button, You will see the DNS Setting Option, Tick the Static Button and Enter the Below Data in.
Primary DNS: 10.199.212.120
Secondary DNS: 83.143.8.220
Then click on the Advanced.. Button, You will see the DNS Setting Option, Tick the Static Button and Enter the Below Data in.
Primary DNS: 10.199.212.120
Secondary DNS: 83.143.8.220
3. Go back to the Home/Connection Page of the Modem Software and Choose the MTN BIS in the Profiile Name, Click on the Connect Button, You're Set to Surf.
4. Now Open your Browser and Surf (No Extra Settings Needed).
That's all you need to do...!!

Your BB Subscription will still be intact!!!
