Firstly you need to have BIS subscription on your simcard By Dialling *499*3*2# It is only hundred naira
APN - blackberry.net
Username -
Password -
Primary DNS Address - 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS Address - 8.8.4.4
Now configure your PC browser with this settings

Remove any configuration on your browser and set it to automatic proxy.
1. change your Access point setting to blackberry.net
2. Goto Advance setting and configure your primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4
3. IP address - 10.71.170.5 and Port - 8080
For those who want to use PC Suite to connect, just change your access point to blackberry.net and leave every other space empty.
