You can now browse freely using Etisalat sim on your PC with the help of Tweakware Proxy v2_rev1.
Download twp2_rev1 from HERE
Make sure you have .NET framework v4 or above installed in your PC or download it HERE
Connect your Etisalat Modem to the Internet using the below settings
Dial-up: *99#
APN: etisalat
username and password: leave it empty
Now launch twpv2_rev1 then insert your username and password you used while registering on tweakwarevpn.net and then connect. After you are connected then you can set your Browser to use proxy: 127.0.0.1 with port 8080
NB: The owner of the twp2_rev1 made it free to use for now and will become a paid app by 8th july 2013.
Subscribing is just $3 per-month and you will have access to unlimited data within that period.
